Meditation pillows
As has always been meditating people. Buddha attained enlightenment through meditation, even (under a bodhi tree).
It gives a bit of peace and awareness in daily life, something that is faster and more hectic. It is therefore not surprising that nowadays more and more people find their way to the yoga center.
Meditating many ways, but the most widely used is quite cross-legged on the floor. There is a good posture of the body needs, especially with longer zitsessies.
Meditation cushions support the spine and pelvis when sitting. It is therefore easier to keep your back straight.
